Mamas, Get Your Superfoods on-the-go!

What are superfoods?

Superfoods, like some fruits and vegetables, are loaded with micronutrients, including vitamins and minerals, without being very high in calories. These nutrient-dense foods are often challenging to get enough of on a typical day. According to the CDC, only 1 in 10 Americans gets enough fruits and vegetables in their diet.

One option for eating superfoods on the go is to seek out whole fruit whenever possible. Grab a banana, orange or apple on the go. Pair with a source of healthy fat and protein such as almonds or a cheese stick to be fuller for longer. Think of this as the original fast food.

If whole fruit does not appeal to you, or you want to seek out more nutrients in one drink, these brands offer the best solutions to help you out.
